Our journey to Gokyo begins with a 320km long motorcycle ride from Kathmandu to Taksindu from where we head out for an incredible journey to reach the summit of Gokyo Ri! Hiking to reach one of the highest settlements in the world with beautiful Gokyo lakes and rivers surrounded by majestic mountains, four of them over 8000m high, spectacular view of Mount Everest (8,848m), Cho Oyu (8,201m), Lhotse (8,516m), Makalu (8,463m) and the longest possibly largest glacier of Nepal – Ngozumpa Glacier!
